| Description | I am seeking an investor for a new concept Bar/Café in Bali. I have many years experience in the business and many years in Bali researching what I believe will, and will not, work here. I want to create a ‘concept’ venue that can be marketed across Indonesia long term. The investment required is Rp700 million (circa USD$75,000) which I would anticipate being returned within 18-24 months. The generous deal on offer in return for the investment is 40% profit share on the initial venue increased to 50% for the first three years. Conservatively this should net the investor USD$4-5,000 per month from initial venue once the venue is established. This investment will not be a ‘get rich quick’ scheme but, long term, should provide good returns for a relatively small outlay. My long term plan is to open future venues either by expansion or franchising and the investor can expect a return on future venues also in the order of 25% from new venues. This is a very good opportunity for someone who simply wishes to invest in a business offering great long term potential and returns.
